Although we do not have a strict investment mandate a typical business which we would seek to partner with would have the following characteristics:

• Established market presence for its products and/or services
• A unique product offering or real intellectual property
• Potential for revenue growth and acquisition
• Western Australian based
• An existing management team and effective finance function
• Enterprise value between $5m and $50m
• Would benefit from our assistance with strategic planning, implementation of risk management practices, controls/processes, strong corporate governance and board protocols
• Owners looking to reduce time commitment to the company and/or reduce their ownership in the business whilst maintaining a material ownership stake

We would aim to add value by:

• Enhancing financial management and reporting practices to better assess business performance.
• Improving the operational efficiencies of the business through identification, monitoring and better understanding of the key profit drivers.
