Lui has had over 30 years of business experience through both his professional Chartered Accounting roles and ownership of various businesses.
Prior to establishing Aspire Capital Lui had a 20 year career at Ernst & Young and was a partner for over 7 years. Lui was the leader of the Strategic Markets Group in the Perth Office. During that time Lui assisted emerging and large private companies with strategic business advisory and corporate structuring. In addition Lui has had over 12 years' experience in advising large corporates such as Wesfarmers Ltd Group (including the Bunnings Group), Foodland Associated Ltd, RAC OF WA, ALCOA and Home Building Society.

In addition, Lui is the Chairman of Austral Fisheries Pty Ltd a group company of Maruha Nichiro Ltd a Japanese Stock Exchange based global company. Lui has also previously had advisory roles with Intercon Millar logistics, The Realmark Group and Emission Assessments.
Lui is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University and completed a Strategic Management course at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Before establishing Aspire Capital, Anthony has been the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of a number of publicly listed companies including Home Building Society, Bell Direct and Sanford Securities. Anthony was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their risk management division which included a two year secondment to their London office.
Anthony has implemented financial and risk management systems to support business planning and drive business performance in a number of organisations. Anthony has experience in merger/acquiisiton integration planning, project management and implementation of performance management systems and business models/KPI's.
He was the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Intercon Millar Logistics (IML) a key client of Aspire. IML provided transport, warehousing and 3PL services to the utilities and mining, oil and gas sectors. Following a successful business transformation program the business was sold to an ASX200 Logistics Company on behalf of the business owners in December 2013. Anthony ran the sales process from development of the information memorandum, to negotiation of the sale agreement through to the settlement of the transaction.
Anthony is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Institute of Company Secretaries in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Edith Cowan University.
